We are currently offering free International delivery (shipping) and we deliver items within in 2-3 weeks. If you live in the UK, you will receive your order in less than 2 weeks. Should you require something sooner, please send us an email at email@example.com and we will notify you if it is possible.
If you see something not currently in stock, or should you like to customise one of our pieces, just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can most likely make a new piece just for you!
Upon placing your order, you will be sent an order acceptance email.
Although very rare, if your package doesn’t arrive within the expected delivery period please contact us and we will help in tracking your delivery to ensure you receive your order. All items will be shipped to the specified address upon checkout; this address will be on your confirmation email. Unfortunately we are unable to alter this delivery address once the order has been dispatched.
Delivery & Postage
We shall not be liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by a failure to gain access to the delivery address on the agreed delivery date or failure to obtain a signature or because of other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In cases of items returned to us due to failed delivery it will be the customer’s responsibility to arrange and pay for re-delivery.
With the exception of Express Delivery items, we cannot refund or replace lost items until 7 working days has elapsed since the date of dispatch.
