Delivery Information

We are currently offering free standard delivery both to the UK and Internationally. During our promotional discount period:

  • If you live in the UK, you will receive your order on the 18th December 2019 or before.
  • If you live in any of the following countries, you will receive your order on the 21st December or before: Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, USA.
  • If you live in any of the following locations, we cannot guarantee that you will receive your item before Christmas: Africa, Asia, Australia, Caribbean, Central America, Cyprus, Eastern Europe (except Czech Republic,
    Poland and Slovakia), Far East, Greece, Malta, Middle East, South America, New Zealand, Turkey.

Order Process

Upon placing your order, you will be sent an order acceptance email.

    Although very rare, if your package doesn’t arrive within the expected delivery period please contact us and we will help in tracking your delivery to ensure you receive your order. All items will be shipped to the specified address upon checkout; this address will be on your confirmation email. Unfortunately we are unable to alter this delivery address once the order has been dispatched.

     

    Delivery & Postage

    We shall not be liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by a failure to gain access to the delivery address on the agreed delivery date or failure to obtain a signature or because of other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In cases of items returned to us due to failed delivery it will be the customer’s responsibility to arrange and pay for re-delivery.

    With the exception of Express Delivery items, we cannot refund or replace lost items until 7 working days has elapsed since the date of dispatch.
